SGR-0829 通用型冷冻盐水缓蚀剂

1. 产品介绍

SGR-0829，适用于氯化钙、氯化钠、氯化镁、甲酸钠、乙酸钠等多介质冷媒而设计开发的腐蚀抑制剂，产品适应性强，应用广泛，可抑制钙盐、胶体铁或氧化铁等物质在铁、铝、铜等换热表面的沉积；防止红水出现，延长设备使用寿命。

SGR-0829，主要由多种高效缓蚀剂成份组成，顺利获得表面钝化、镀膜、螯合增溶、晶格修辞等作用而达到抑制腐蚀与结垢目的。体系不含重金属铬离子(重铬酸钾)、不含致癌物质(如亚硝酸盐)等物质，所选原料对人体安全,并且同盐水体系完全混溶。

3. 使用方法

SGR-0829，根据冷媒介质物性，设备材质等因素推荐合适的加药量，优先推荐每立方冷冻介质添加5.0-8.0Kg；用量越多，效果越好。(药剂添加频率根据盐水品质而定，一般6个月添加一次;补加新的冷冻液时，一定补加缓蚀剂。

4. 包装与贮运

(1)本品采用25KG塑料桶或塑料吨桶包装。

(2)本产品储存在阴暗、通风的库房，并远离火种和高温。

(3)与易燃、可燃物、酸类等物质分开存放，切忌混储。

(4)贮区应备有泄漏应急处理设备和合适的收容材料。

5. 安全与防护

(1)产品碱性，避免吸入、食入，操作人员必须佩戴好防护眼镜、防酸碱手套、安全帽，必要时要穿戴好防酸碱防护服。

(2)工作过程中不准进食、饮水，工作完毕用肥皂和清水洗手。

(3)装卸时防止碰撞，注意密封，防止包装及容器损坏。

(4)装卸过程中要禁止野蛮装卸，确保容器不泄露、不倒塌、不坠落、不损坏，防止装卸过程中溶液溅出伤人。

SGR-0829 is a corrosion inhibitor designed and developed for calcium chloride, sodium chloride, magnesium chloride, sodium formate and sodium acetate, with strong adaptability and widely used, which can inhibit the deposition of calcium salt, colloidal iron or iron oxide on the heat transfer surface of iron, aluminum, copper; prevent the appearance of red water and prolong the service life of the equipment.

SGR-0829, mainly composed of a variety of high-efficiency corrosion inhibitors, prevents corrosion and scaling through surface passivation, coating, chelation swelling, lattice rhetoric and other effects. The system does not contain heavy metal chromium ion (potassium dichromate), does not contain carcinogens (such as nitrite) and other substances, the selected raw materials are safe for human body, and are completely miscible with the saline system.

3. usage method

SGR-0829 is recommended according to refrigerant media, equipment material and 5 Kg per cubic freezing medium; the more dosage, the better the effect.(The frequency of agent addition is based on the quality of saline, usually once a year; with 3 Kg of each cubic coolant, and with new freezing solution, corrosion inhibitor must be added.

4. Packaging and storage

(1) This product is packaged in 25 KG plastic bucket or plastic ton bucket.

(2) This product is stored in a dark, ventilated warehouse, and far away from the fire and high temperature.

(3) With flammable, combustible, acid and other substances stored separately, avoid mixed storage.

(4) The storage area shall be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment and suitable receiving materials.

5. Safety and protection

(1) The product is alkaline to avoid inhalation and feeding. Operators must wear protective glasses, acid-alkali protective gloves, safety helmet, and wear acid-alkali protective protective clothing when necessary.

(2) Do not eat or drink during work, and wash your hands with soap and water after work.

(3) Prevent collision during loading and unloading, pay attention to sealing, and prevent damage to packaging and containers.

(4) In the loading and unloading process, brutal loading and unloading should be prohibited to ensure that the container does not leak, collapse, fall or damage, and prevent the solution from splashing out in the loading and unloading process.
